1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DopeResume, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. User Account and Data Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login sessions and all activities under your account. You agree that the information uploaded to our servers (resumes, descriptions) is accurate, lawful, and does not violate third-party rights or copyrights.
3. Download Quotas and Payment Flow
DopeResume is provided under a pay-per-pack pricing model. Paying ₹249 INR (for users in India) or $5.99 USD (for users outside India) grants you a quota of exactly **5 resume downloads**. When the 5 downloads are exhausted, you must purchase another pack to download additional resumes.
All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider, **Razorpay**. By completing a transaction, you agree to comply with Razorpay's terms and user conditions in addition to ours.
Refund and Delivery Policies
All transactions are final. There are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges, as detailed in our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy.
All items are digital assets delivered instantly to your profile upon payment authorization. No physical shipping is involved, as detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to upload malicious scripts, viruses, or offensive content. You must not attempt to bypass our paywall or programmatically automate downloads. Violating these terms may result in immediate suspension of account privileges.
5. Limitation of Liability
DopeResume is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from job search outcomes, system downtime, data loss, or inaccuracies generated by the Google Gemini AI features.
