Your information is used solely to render your resume files, compile layouts, and send requests to Google Gemini AI to improve your content suggestions. We do not train external LLMs on your personal data, nor do we sell or distribute your data to any third-party marketing companies.
3. Data Storage, Security & Payment Processing
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using bank-grade security protocols. Real-time changes are stored in secure cloud containers to allow seamless editing.
For commercial transactions, we do not store, process, or transmit your credit/debit card numbers, UPI credentials, or banking details. All transaction data is handled directly by our payment gateway partner, **Razorpay**, under PCI-DSS compliance standards.
Refund and Delivery Policies
All transactions processed through Razorpay are final. Due to digital delivery of templates and immediate access to AI resources, all purchases are non-refundable. Please review our full Refund Policy.

You retain full ownership and control over your resume data. You can delete individual resumes or wipe your entire account data directly from the dashboard settings at any time.
