Because these features and download credentials are instantly provisioned to your account and can be consumed immediately, they cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded.

If you experience any technical difficulties with your downloads or if credits were not properly applied to your dashboard after a successful checkout, please reach out to our support team. While we do not issue monetary refunds, we will gladly investigate and manually adjust your download credits to ensure you receive what you paid for.
