Harbor uses two columns with a sidebar on the right, with a large name and contact details stacked in a left-aligned header. The sidebar takes about 31% of the width and holds skills, languages, certifications, interests and awards.
Typography is Lato throughout — a clean sans-serif that stays crisp at small sizes and in screenshots. Sections use section titles marked by a short accent bar, set in spaced capitals, and each entry shows dates right-aligned on each entry with dash bullets.
Skills appear as as small pills. The default accent is #0F766E; 8 presets are one click away and any color can be typed in, and fonts, spacing and margins are adjustable after you pick it.
Best for
- Roles with a long list of tools, languages or certifications that deserve their own column
- Longer careers that need to fit on one or two pages
Applicant tracking systems
The PDF contains real, selectable text in reading order, so parsers can read it; a few older applicant tracking systems merge columns, so for a strict ATS portal a single-column design is the safest choice.
