Sidebar uses two columns with a sidebar on the left, with a large name and contact details stacked in a left-aligned header. The sidebar takes about 32% of the width and holds skills, education, languages, certifications and interests.
Typography is Inter throughout — a clean sans-serif that stays crisp at small sizes and in screenshots. Sections use section titles with a thin rule beneath them, set in spaced capitals, and each entry shows dates on their own line under each title with round bullets.
Skills appear as as a plain list. The default accent is #1F2937; 6 presets are one click away and any color can be typed in, and fonts, spacing and margins are adjustable after you pick it.
Best for
- Roles with a long list of tools, languages or certifications that deserve their own column
- Longer careers that need to fit on one or two pages
Applicant tracking systems
The PDF contains real, selectable text in reading order, so parsers can read it; a few older applicant tracking systems merge columns, so for a strict ATS portal a single-column design is the safest choice.
